I really like the look and feel of this. Is this actually 2D, or is it 3D with some sort of pixelated filter? It's a very unique visual style

It is indeed completely 2D, with a pixelated filter ontop of all the pixelated art we already had.
The drone is a flat sprite using programming wizardy (that I did not do) to appear 3D :O
Wait wah? I'm going to have to go back and take another look, because I don't believe that wasn't a 3D plane model. Whoa, wizardry indeed
This was very fun! I liked exploring the level and figuring out which routes were best for speed with and without carrying packages. The lighting and shadow effects were really cool as well.

Yeah there's quite a few routes I slapped in and tried to balance-ish. Glad you enjoyed finding and exploring those :D
